Dr. Porter has been with InterMune since April 2002. From 1999 to 2002, Dr. Porter served as Senior Director of Clinical Development/Regulatory Affairs at Genentech, Inc. Prior to joining Genentech in 1999, she was Senior Director of Clinical Development at PathoGenesis Corporation. From 1995 through 1998 she was department head of Clinical Affairs for Amgen, Inc. Previously, Dr. Porter held senior management, clinical scientist and regional sales positions at Alcon Laboratories, Solvay Pharmaceuticals, Parke-Davis/Warner Lambert, and American McGaw. Dr. Porter holds a Ph.D. and an M.S. from Florida State University.
