 Applications Administrator

 | Provide application production support for the LiveLink electronic document management system.
|
 | Participate in Helpdesk support and user training on LiveLink.
|
 | Reviews, analyzes, installs and configurations development and production systems.
|
 | Servers as LiveLink System Administrator.
|
 | Provides technical expertise on assigned systems in support of change control, validation, system enhancements, and bug fixes.
|
 | Participate in writing validation deliverables including specifications, qualification protocols and test scripts for Livelink and other assigned systems.
|
 | Oversee technical portions of development, staging, training, validation, and production environments.
|
 | Implement & fully comply with all IT governance and system validation procedures.
|
 | Ensure availability and technical usability of mission-critical, enterprise-wide electronic document management system.
|
 | Identify and articulate potential risks associated with various systems technical elements and escalate issues to IT management.
|
 | Participate in the design of failover, backup, and disaster recovery solutions on assigned systems.
|
 | Take personal responsibility for meeting deadlines and ensuring success of projects.
|
 | Consults with users to identify current operating procedures and to clarify program objectives.
|
 | Reports to Business Applications Manager, IT
|

 | AS degree in computer science with 2-5 years system administration experience.
|
 | Demonstrate ability to interact with all levels of technical.
|
 | Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal.
|
 | Strong preference for experience in LiveLink, FDA GxP regulations governing software systems and WebLogic.
|
